If you are dissatisfied with the footwear you have ordered, you can make an exchange or return them for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Only shoes in original condition that have never been worn outside will be considered eligible for exchange.
Please note that if you used a discount code to purchase your item(s), you will be refunded for the amount you paid after applying the discount code.
Any items marked as "Clearance" are non-returnable items.
Processing an Exchange
- Securely pack your item(s) in the original shoe boxes you received them in and include the receipt that was received with your package.
- Send your item(s) back to us. You can find our mailing address on our Contact page.
- Our administrator will process the return within 7-10 days of receiving the product and exchange the original shoe or add a store credit to your account depending on the situation.
